There's nothing more enjoyable than sitting in a hot tub with your best friends on a dusky summer evening, enjoying the company, a pleasant hydromassage and a glass of ice-cold prosecco. But did you know that a hot tub not only pampers the mind, it also pampers the body, as relaxing in the water burns a lot of calories and lowers blood pressure and stress levels?

One of the many who have enjoyed Lingalaid's hot tubs is singer Synne Valtri, who says that those who think the hot tub is only good for the body are wrong: "I think relaxing in a hot tub is more of a ritual for the soul," she says. "There is nothing more enjoyable than relaxing in a hot tub with good friends or loved ones, because everyone's life has been very stressful lately and we all need to be pampered."

Synne particularly enjoys spending time with her daughter Sandri. They have long conversations while enjoying a bath, and have a lot to talk about, as Synne and Sandriin, who incidentally wants to be a television or sound director in the future, are also best friends.

However, according to Synne, the hot tub is not only a pleasant place to relax on summer evenings, but you can also start the day by enjoying your morning coffee in the hot tub. "Imagine what it feels like to walk across the dewy lawn to the hot tub in the morning and start the day there," she said.

Good for the mind, even better for the body

According to Synne, a hot tub is a great mind refresher, but did you know that Lingalaid hot tubs also have an excellent effect on your health? The upward movement of the heated air bubbles provides a full-body massage and enriches the circulatory system with oxygen, which is not only relaxing but also beneficial for the body. Relaxing in the Paljussa burns calories at a good rate (around 280 cal/h), so it has both a cellulite-reducing, slimming and fat-burning effect.

Home bathing is also good for the nervous system and blood circulation, as warm baths increase breathing and heart rate, while lowering blood pressure and muscle stiffness. The variation in temperature stimulates the autonomic nervous system and strengthens the blood vessels and the body's defences. It also helps to remove waste products from the body and cleanse the skin, making it smoother. Warm water bathing also helps with sleep and metabolic disorders and all of the above acts as an effective stress reliever.

A small home bath is also a great design element. The first thing Synne mentioned when talking about the Lingalaid lotus was that he was impressed by its luxurious and attractive appearance, which is why he thinks a lotus is an ornament to any garden or terrace.

For terraces or the yard of a smaller terraced house, electrically heated logs are particularly suitable, as they keep the water, once heated, at just the right temperature throughout the whole time, so that the log is ready for use. Electrically heated hot tubs are particularly suitable for densely populated houses and, of course, for indoor use - for example, in the winter garden. In addition to hot tubs, Lingalaid also offers patio bathtubs, which adorn every house with their striking design and luxurious appearance.

The Lingalaid is more than just a bathtub - it's a bath at home, an exquisite design element and a place where friends gather.
