We understand that everyone is in a hurry these days, and that our lives are full of daily responsibilities such as work, family and friends, as well as sports and hobbies. This makes us value time more than ever. That's why we want to create moments where time stops - moments where we can truly relax, be with our loved ones and enjoy time outdoors.

In other words: quality time outdoors - Quality Time Outdoors, is our main goal.

Our strength lies in teamwork and commitment. We're experts in what we do and we do what we do very well - producing and selling quality hot tubs, saunas and everything else that makes for the perfect quality time in the home garden. That's why personality, excellent service and always giving our best are at the forefront of everything we do.

Our culture

Lingalaid X Welvaere's strength and success lie in our people and our company culture. What started with a small team has grown into a large and diverse club of friends. The club is made up of people from a wide range of backgrounds: storytellers, adventurers, artists, dreamers and inventors. Each of them is dedicated, passionate and ready to work with us every day to inspire and delight our customers with everything to do with quality time outdoors.

Without this 70+ member Welvaere team in Estonia, the Netherlands, Belgium, Germany and France, we would not be where we are today. Our friendly culture has been created by working together, and that makes Welvaere a great place to belong. The good feeling that comes with it is carried by each and every one of us, so that it reaches every one of our customers.

How did it all start?

It is often thought that well-being, relaxation and enjoyment mean little ambition, selfishness and disregard for others. This is a vile slander! Of course, one young and ambitious manager, Vahur, didn't know this until he found himself on the verge of burnout.
However, in his struggle to cope, he came to realise that the physical and mental well-being that quality time spent to the full can provide is a prerequisite for preventing and breaking stress, achieving goals, pursuing dreams and helping others along the way.
Inspired by this discovery, Vahur realised it was time to leave his current job and start inspiring others to enjoy quality time.

Green Lingalaid

The tree on our logo is there for a reason. It's important to us. We love nature and really enjoy being outdoors. We like the leaves rustling in the fresh breeze and the sunshine. It's our favourite place.

Because we love it, we take responsibility for it. We believe that it's always important to give something back when you benefit from nature. We do this by donating trees to Trees for All.
